Monthly Charges

Living units are rented on a monthly basis. Rates vary by community as well as floor plan selected. Contact the building manager for current pricing. Select the unit you are considering in the community nearest you to view the appropriate rates. Additional charges for barber/beauty shop fees, telephone and Home Care Services. The affordable monthly fee includes three daily meals and snacks, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, social activities and 24-hour on-site staff.
